‘Cheats’ in games, or more popularly known as ‘Cheat Codes’, are certain features hidden or added by game developers or implemented by third-party cheat activators that allow game players to have an advantage, like “Infinite health”, “Infinite ammo”, or “shortcut”. The use of cheat codes is considered unfair among gaming communities.
‘Game Mods’ are also used to utilize unfair advantages such as having a unique map, weapon or an object that isn’t available in the game by the developers but added through a third-party integration.
